General booking, payment, cancellation and service conditions applicable to all Go Transfer Ibiza services.

01 General Booking and Service Conditions

Booking and Payments

To confirm any reservation, a deposit corresponding to 20% of the total service amount must be paid.

The payment link may be sent by the agent or staff member handling the customer’s request, or it may be sent automatically together with the quotation by email.

For bookings made less than 24 hours before the first scheduled service, 100% of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking confirmation.

02 General Booking and Service Conditions

Cancellation and Refund Policy

The deposit paid will be fully refunded if the cancellation is requested at least 72 hours before the first scheduled service.

If the cancellation is made less than 72 hours in advance, the deposit will be non-refundable.

If the customer has paid the full amount of the service, the following refund conditions will apply:

  • Cancellation 72 hours or more before the first service: 100% refund of the amount paid.
  • Cancellation less than 72 hours but more than 24 hours before the first service: 80% refund of the amount paid.
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before the first service: no refund will be issued.
03 Airport Pickup Conditions

Flight Delays or Cancellations

Go Transfer Ibiza will make every reasonable effort to adapt to unforeseen circumstances caused by delayed or cancelled flights.

These conditions apply exclusively to airport pickup services.

When the pickup is scheduled at the airport, the customer will be asked to provide the flight number in order to monitor the flight status and coordinate the driver’s arrival at the appropriate time.

The driver will wait for up to 60 minutes from the scheduled landing time, provided that the service is an airport pickup and that the flight number supplied by the customer is correct.

If the flight number provided is incorrect or has not been provided by the customer, the driver will arrive at the time originally indicated in the booking, and no adjustments related to flight changes can be guaranteed.

If a flight is delayed by several hours and there is no vehicle availability at the new arrival time, Go Transfer Ibiza may compensate the customer with an additional transfer during their stay on the island, subject to availability and at the customer’s choice.

This additional transfer must be requested with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Otherwise, availability cannot be guaranteed.

04 Service Conditions

Waiting Policy

The driver will wait at the pickup point for a maximum of 15 minutes from the agreed time.

If, after this period, the customer does not appear and does not respond to the driver’s calls or messages, the service may be considered completed and the driver may leave the location.

If the customer responds but requests additional waiting time or delays their appearance beyond the first 15 minutes, an additional charge of €50 will apply for the following 30 minutes of waiting time.

If the waiting time exceeds 45 minutes from the originally agreed time, an additional €10 surcharge will apply for every additional 10 minutes or part thereof.

05 Service Conditions

Stops During the Journey

If the customer wishes to make a stop during the journey, this must be communicated in advance.

The cost of each stop of up to 30 minutes will be €50.

Once this time has been exceeded, an additional €10 surcharge will apply for every additional 10 minutes or part thereof.

06 Company Responsibilities

Company-Related Incidents

In the event of a breakdown or any incident affecting the assigned vehicle, Go Transfer Ibiza will attempt to provide another vehicle of similar characteristics in order to carry out the service correctly.

If it is not possible to provide a replacement vehicle, the company may compensate the customer with an additional service, subject to availability.

If the customer does not wish to accept such compensation, the amount corresponding to the affected service will be refunded.

07 Additional Services

On-Board Cava Service

For on-board cava services, Go Transfer Ibiza will provide the customer with the available options offered by the relevant supplier.

The customer must indicate their selection, as well as the required number of bottles and glasses.

This service must be paid in full before it is provided.

08 Administrative Conditions

Invoicing

If an invoice is required, the customer must provide all necessary tax details in advance.

In addition, the full amount must have been paid before the first service is carried out.

09 General Conditions

Acceptance of the Terms

By making a request through the website, by email, by messaging service, or through any other booking channel, the customer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted these General Booking and Service Conditions.
