How do I find my driver?

Before your trip, we send you your driver’s name, photo and contact details. On arrival, look for a sign with your name at the pick-up point — your driver will be waiting to welcome you.

What happens if my flight is late?

We track your flight in real time by flight number you send us, so if it’s delayed or arrives early, your driver adjusts automatically. This means there’s no unnecessary waiting at the airport — we’ll be there when you land. If there is no provided flight number, we will wait for 30 minutes after reservation time. If no one shows up, you transfer will be marked as done and will not be refunded. Posible rescheduling with extra fee.

How can I pay?

For new reservations, 20% deposit payment is needed to confirm the transfer, and the rest can be paid to the driver. For immediate transfers, full payment is required at the moment of booking. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as cash payments in euros.
